Bengaluru, 2nd February 2023: Orange Health, a health-tech start-up building India’s fastest diagnostic lab service, today announced that the company has strengthened its leadership team with the joining of five key executives as it prepares for the next phase of growth.
With the onboarding of these five experienced executives, the leadership heft of Orange Health got further widened and is a vindication of Orange Health’s growth story. These crucial additions come at a time when many start-ups are shying away from adding headcount and undertaking cost optimisation measures by rightsizing employee pyramid.

One of the recent additions to Orange Health’s team is Bhargav who has been appointed as Head of Marketing. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Bhargav has served ecommerce giant, Flipkart and global confectionery brand, Cadbury across sales, branding, & marketing domains before joining Orange Health. With Rao coming on board, Orange Health’s initiatives to emerge as a consumer brand get a further fillip.
An alumnus of VIT, Vellore & NMIMS, Mumbai; Anmol Bajaj joined the Orange Health leadership team as Head, Partnerships & Corporates. With over 15 years of experience driving sales, partnerships, and digital commerce in marquee firms including Wipro, Niva Bupa, and Pristyn Care; Bajaj’s deep experience & sales acumen is set to drive business growth at Orange Health.
Ajay Rajendran is another welcome addition to the healthtech startup’s senior talent base as Head of, Product. Ajay, a seasoned product leader, has been an early product team member & leader at some of the marquee consumer product brands in Indian startup ecosystem like Byju’s, PhonePe & Freecharge. His insights and expertise will enrich Orange Health in building world class products and customer experience.
Rajendra Talekar has been appointed as Head of Engineering. A problem solver at heart, a health -tech enthusiast, and an engineering leader with experience in building teams from ground up and scaling products from early MVP to running at scale of millions of users, Talekar joins Orange Health after a successful stint in Practo for over a decade.
Johan D’souza heads the Finance team, after leading in several senior roles at Unacademy, Eruditus, and Zopper among others. An experienced MBA, CFA, and ACCA with over 16 years of experience, D’souza’s financial acumen are set to strengthen Orange Health’s balance sheet.
